Food & Craft Vendors

The Olde Canal Days Festival Committee welcomes you to apply for the 2025 festival.
For those wishing to apply, please select the the category from below.
The applications are in a (pdf) format to view and print.
If you are a new vendor or have not participated in the festival in the last 2 years, New Vendor Applications must be submitted by April 1, 2025. The Olde Canal Days Committee will review and responses will be sent by April 15, 2025.

APPLICATIONS FOR REVIEW

• "New Applications" are received by April 1, 2025 with responses of acceptance by April 15,  2025. Photos may be requested.

• ALL applications and proof of insurance are due with a deposit or payment by May 1, 2025.

• Craft Vendor Spaces are 10' x 10' and  available on a first-come-first-serve bases

• Food Vendor Spaces outside minimum space is 20 linear feet. space increases in 10 ft. increments.
